Mincheon (민천) is a South Korean singer under The Waves. He is a member of the project boy group izx! and a former member of the pre-debut group Shooter-X and the boy group WE IN THE ZONE.
On March 4, 2023, he made his solo debut with the digital single "Way Up".
Career[]
2017-2018: MIXNINE[]
In October 2017, Mincheon participated auditions on JTBC's new survival show MIXNINE under Astory Entertainment. Unfortunately he did not become an official contestant.[1][2]
2019: WE IN THE ZONE[]
On May 27, 2019, Mincheon debuted in the group WE IN THE ZONE with the release of their self titled mini album.
On October 23, it was announced by the agency his departure from the group and that his contract ended on October 22.[3]
2020–2022: Shooter-X[]
2023: Solo debut with "Way Up"[]
2024: "Moonlight", debut with izx![]
On September 26, 2024, Ricky was introduced as a member of the project boy group izx!.[4]
