May i ask why you undid my edit on J-Hope's page? The members have said that Bighit was their first company and that none of them were trainees elswere. J-Hope did audition to JYP but ended up being rejected(not getting a contract, so he was never an actual trainee there). So can you please tell me what i did wrong?
If I may ask, can I know where you got the romanisation for Vivi's birth name?
Since ViVi is from Hong Kong, her birth name is in the Cantonese language. According to Wiktionary and cantonese.org, her name should be romanised as Wong (黃) Gaa (珈) Hei (熙), or with tones as Wong4 Gaa1 Hei1.
In your edit, you have changed it to Wong Kahei. I would like to know where you got Ka from as a romanisation of 珈. Additionally, I believe that most names that are romanized on this Wikia usually present them in a split three syllable way in the information box, e.g. Soo Min Ji instead of Soo Minji.
Hey Gili Yisrael! For the romanization, I got that from Amino. I view it as a reliable source as majority of the information I've incorporated in here has come from there and so far, the info has been accurate. Until, contradicting official facts are released, it should be kept as is to prevent varying information betweeen sources.
However, on the note of spacing, you are correct. I will change that immediately.
Truthfully, I'm not too familiar with Amino so I don't really know much regarding that website, but I figured that Wiktionary is a professional and reliable source for languages and translations. Some other Cantonese translation sites also had it as 'Gaa', therefore this seemed very correct to me.
Additionally, namu.wiki also has her native name listed as Wong Gaa-hei, which confirms that other KR sites acknowledge this romanization too. This site also has it listed that Viian Wong is actually her English name, but I haven't found enough sources that can provide information on where and what she done pre-debut (apart from modelling).
Is there anything you can find on Amino about this? Or do you know what other sources could be useful?
The example you use (HyunA) is the example you decided by yourself. I'm not going to revert them back because I don't really care honestly. But next time, if you have some nitpicky changes you want to apply, please do discuss it first. Or just like I said before, "at least talk to Blueway and ask for his opinion. Blueway okay with it, I'm okay with it."
I was just crying the entire time I was making BgA's page like where am I going with this, what am i doing, I'm pretty sure my fellow contributors will be confused and will just be laughing. Are you a fellow K-Pooper with me? XD
Don't forget to change the user name, and check the "I want to use wikitext in my signature" box. The "sig" at the end is what your sub-page will be called, you can freely change it you want. NOTE: The sub-page you use will apply to all wiki, not just K-Pop.
Then make a new sub-page on your user page, different than the one you're using above. For example, mine is called "User:Dark M clowN/sig2".
Put the design code for the siggy on that sub-page. You can make your own design, or just try to learn from other user's siggy.
After that make another sub-page. This time use the exact same name as the one you put as Custom signature. For this case "User:Dark M clowN/sig". Put the code to call the other sub-page where the design code is located. Example:
@Buzzy: LOL, you don't need to exactly use "User:BuzzyLaugh/SUBPAGENAME" as the sub-page. You can name it whatever you want: "User:BuzzyLaugh/Sig", "User:BuzzyLaugh/sig", "User:BuzzyLaugh/siggy", "User:BuzzyLaugh/Very Very Very", anything.
I'm the one who started the Navboxes on this wiki, and back then I tested different Navbox layouts for Blueway to pick from. And that's the one he picked. Compared to wikipedia or another wikis, Fandom only have ~680px of width. Template:Girls' Generation is the first one to use that layout because it's the first that suffers the effect of such small width if we use the normal navbox layout (http://i.imgur.com/lGuHQO0.png).
If you have any idea of changes, please discuss them first before making changes or asking someone else to change it for you. At least talk to Blueway and ask for his opinion. Blueway okay with it, I'm okay with it.
