MayLiz (메이리즈) was a four-member girl group under One Music Office and LST Entertainment. They debuted on December 20, 2023 with the digital single "Tonight".
The group presumably disbanded in December 2024.
History[]
2023: Debut with "Tonight"[]
On December 20, 2023, MayLiz made their debut with the digital single "Tonight". A music video for their debut was filmed and planned for release around mid-February 2024 but presumably got rescheduled.[1]
2024: First comeback with "Now", Yena's addition, Chaea's departure and disbandment[]
On January 24, 2024, the group participated in One Music Office's first compilation album Now, along with labelmate Kang Sangwon.[2]
On July 3, the group released their solo version of "Now" along with a music video as their first comeback. The same month on the 28th, they released the music video for their debut "Tonight".
On December 2, Yena was introduced as a new member.[3] Meanwhile, Chaea appeared to have left the group as she was unfollowed by their official account.
In late December, their SNS were either rebranded into SNS for LST Entertainment or deleted.[4] In addition, some of the members became active as members of the dance team BlackXia instead so it was presumed that MayLiz had disbanded.[5]
