Hidaka Mahiro (히다카 마히로), known simply as Mahiro, is a Japanese singer under Dream Passport. He is a member of the Japanese boy group BUGVEL. He is also best known for participating in the reality survival shows YG Treasure Box and Produce X 101.
Career[]
2018: YG Treasure Box[]
In 2018, Hidaka Mahiro participated in the survival show YG Treasure Box under Group J. Unfortunately, he was eliminated in the sixth episode.
2019–2020: Produce X 101 and OUI Entertainment[]
In 2019, he participated in Produce X 101 representing YG Entertainment. Unfortunately, he was eliminated in the eighth episode and finished in rank 49.
On August 29, it was announced that Mahiro had signed a contract with OUI Entertainment.[1] However, on January 3, 2020, OUI Entertainment released a statement revealing that their exclusive contract with Mahiro and Jyun Hao was terminated.[2]
2020–present: BUGVEL[]
On October 20, it was revealed that Mahiro and Jyun Hao would be debuting in the six-member Japanese boy group, BUGVEL, in 2021.[3][4]
