MODHAUS (모드 하우스) is a South Korean record label and entertainment agency. It was founded November 30, 2021 by Jaden Jeong and Joseph Baek.

2022: tripleS[]

On February 18, 2022, Modhaus announced that they would be launching the world's first "fan-participating girl group" later known as tripleS and that the members are set to be revealed in the first half of the year. The group is led by the CEO Jaden Jeong, who worked with companies such as JYP Entertainment, Woollim Entertainment, Sony Music Korea and BlockBerryCreative.[citation needed]

2023: Signing of HeeJin, JinSoul, Kim Lip, HaSeul, and Choerry, and ARTMS[]

On March 17, it was announced that LOONA's HeeJin, JinSoul, Kim Lip, and Choerry have signed exclusive contracts with the agency after winning their lawsuits against BlockBerryCreative.[1]

On April 1, it was revealed that the four would be taking part in MODHAUS' strategy project ARTMS.[2]

On June 20, it was announced that LOONA's HaSeul has signed exclusive contract with the agency and would also be taking part of ARTMS.

At an investor briefing in 2023, MODHAUS revealed their plans to launch a new boy group in 2024 and participate in a joint venture Japanese girl group.[3] The boy group plans were later reiterated on May 9, 2024.[4]
