Lose Yourself is the third mini album by KISS OF LIFE. It was released on October 15, 2024 with "Get Loud" serving as the album's title track.
"R.E.M" was pre-released on October 4, 2024.
The physical album comes in five versions: Magazine and four individual Jewel versions.

On September 3, 2024, it was reported that KISS OF LIFE will be making a comeback in October.[1] On September 25, it was announced KISS OF LIFE would be releasing the pre-release single "R.E.M" on October 4 before coming back with their third mini album, Lose Yourself, on October 15.[2]

"Igloo" was ranked #18 on the NME's 25 best K-pop songs of 2024.[3]
Commercial performance[]
According to Hanteo Chart, Lose Yourself sold 91,922 copies in the first week of its release, breaking the group's previous record.[4]
