Loossemble (루셈블) is a five-member girl group. They made their debut on September 15, 2023 with the mini album Loossemble.
History[]
Pre-debut[]
On August 2, 2023, CTDENM released the profile photos for their upcoming girl group Loossemble.[2]
2023: Debut with Loossemble[]
On August 20, they released a trailer for their debut mini album Loossemble, set for release on September 15.[3][4]
On September 20, it was announced that BlockBerryCreative, who pressed charged against CTDENM for the use of the name LOONA in the group name and promotions, lost their lawsuit, allowing the group to keep their name and start promoting in South Korea once their U.S. activities are over.[5]
2024: One of a Kind, TTYL, departure from CTDENM[]
On March 14, 2024, it was reported that Loossemble is preparing for an April comeback.[6] On March 18, the group released a time table for their second mini album One of a Kind, which will be released on April 16.[7] On March 19, it was announced that the time table would be adjusted by one day before, thus leaving the album release for April 15.[8]
On August 11, Loossemble released a teaser clip for their third mini album.[9] On the following day, they revealed the title of the album TTYL, set for release on September 2.[10]
On November 29, CTDENM announced that its exclusive contract with the Loossemble members had ended.[11][12]
