Background[]
On November 1, 2018, Astory Entertainment notified fans about the "Favorite Mini Album Project" on Makestar. Two months after the project announcement, the group reached over 200% of its original goal.[1][2]
The album title Loca (meaning "Crazy" in Spanish) was announced on January 2, 2019, with the release of the comeback schedule.[3]
