Liv (리브; formerly known as Chaea and Cherry) is a South Korean singer, rapper and dancer under Justice Records and Mellow Entertainment. She is a member of the girl group IRRIS and a former member of REDSQUARE and GOOD DAY.
Career[]
2017–2019: GOOD DAY[]
In 2017, she was announced as a member of C9 Entertainment's newest girl group GOOD DAY.[1] They debuted on August 30, 2017, with their first mini album All Day Good Day.[2]
GOOD DAY presumably disbanded sometime in 2019.[Notes 1]
2020: Debut with REDSQUARE[]
On April 19, 2020, using the initial 'C', she was revealed as the fifth and final member of REDSQUARE.[3] On May 3, her profile photo was revealed, along with her new stage name Chaea.[4] The group officially debuted on May 19 with their first single album "Prequel".[5]
On June 10, 2022, it was revealed that REDSQUARE had rebranded as IRRIS, with their Twitter and Instagram accounts redirecting to their new ones.
2022–present: IRRIS[]
On June 16, 2022, Chaea, now under the stage name Liv, was revealed as the fourth member of Justice Records and Mellow Entertainment's upcoming girl group IRRIS.[6] On June 20, they officially announced that they will be making their debut on July 6, 2022 with the first mini album Wanna Know.[7]

- ↑ SNS accounts for GOOD DAY were deleted and then profiles for C9GIRLZ were released with half of GOOD DAY announced as members (Chaesol, Jeewon, Haeun, Sunn and Belle). The other half however (I.L, Liv, Yunseul and Yehyeon) would debut as REDSQUARE in 2020 with Heejin who was part of the pre-debut lineup being subsequently replaced by Lina.
