Li Yiman (Korean: 리이만; Chinese: 李伊蔓; Japanese: リー・イマン) is a Chinese actress. She is a former member of WD Entertainment's trainee group White Day Project.
She is best known for being a contestant on the reality survival show Girls Planet 999 .
Career[]
2019–2020: White Day Project[]
In 2019, Yiman was introduced as a trainee under WD Entertainment through their trainee group, White Day Project. The trainee project eventually led to the debut of the three-member girl group Whiteday, which Yiman was not a part of, but had the potential to be later added as a member. However, on October 21, 2020, WD Entertainment announced that Whiteday would disband following the departures of two members. As a result, White Day Project was also dismantled and soon after, Yiman left WD Entertainment to focus on her studies in university.[1]
2021: Girls Planet 999[]
On July 7, 2021, she was confirmed as a contestant on Mnet's newest reality show, Girls Planet 999, along with the other participating trainees, through the prologue trailer.[2] Her official profile was released on July 18.[3][4] In the eighth episode, which was aired on September 24, it was revealed that Yiman was unfortunately eliminated with her final rank being C10.[5]
2022: Acting debut[]
On April 22, 2022, it was announced that she is preparing for her acting debut on May through the crowdfunding website CULTUREIT.[6] She officially made her acting debut in the movie, Piggy Back as 'Ming Ming', which was released on May 11, 2022.
