Lena (레나), formerly known as Helen (헤렌), is an Australian rapper under MZMC Inc.. She is a member of the girl group VVS.

2019: SM Entertainment[]
In a now-deleted YouTube video posted by Helen's dance studio SL Studio in December 2019, she was revealed to have passed the SM Entertainment audition and became a trainee.[1]
2025: VVS[]
Through the release of their EP D.I.M.M., it was revealed that VVS has added a new member, Lena.[2][3]
