Lemonade (레몬에이드) is a six-member[1] girl group under Rainbow E&M. They made their debut on August 17, 2021 with their first digital single "Lemonade".
They are the fifth group created under the Future Idol Asia project.[2]

2021–present[]
In 2020, Rainbow Company (later known as Rainbow E&M) created Future Idol, an idol development project for the purpose of debuting various project idol groups throughout 2021 through its project, known as 'Future Idol Asia'. On February 17, 2021, Future Idol Asia introduced Lemonade and its members through their YouTube, FutureIdolTV.[3] Throughout the next couple of months, FutureIdolTV uploaded several dance and song covers of the individual members before finally announcing their upcoming debut on August 17, 2021 with the release of their self-titled debut single "Lemonade" and as the fifth girl group in the debut project.[4][5]
Lemonade was also one of several teen idol groups who performed a showcase at YES24 Live Hall on May 23, 2021 as part of the 'Future Idol Debut Project' event.[6]
2021: Debut with "Lemonade"[]
On August 17, 2021, Lemonade debuted with their first digital single "Lemonade".[2]
2022: "Chewing Chewing"[]
On May 13, 2022, the group released their second digital single "Chewing Chewing".[7] It was their first release as a six-member ensemble following the departures of members Dami, Huiwon, Sua, and Naeun sometime prior to the release.
