Lee Siyeon (이시연; also known as simply Siyeon) is a South Korean singer and musician under Tamago Production and 3Y Corporation. She is the main vocalist and guitarist of the project girl band QWER.
She is best known for being the first pure foreign idol to debut as a member of NMB48 in Japan.

Career[]
2021–2023: NMB48[]
On August 14, 2021, Siyeon was introduced as an NMB48 Kenkyuusei. She was then transferred to Team BII Kenkyuusei on February 19, 2022 before being promoted to Team M on July 16.
On June 30, 2023, Siyeon announced her graduation from NMB48 to be held in mid-August. She plans to return to South Korea and pursue an idol career.[1] Her final theater performance was held on August 8, 2023.[2]
2023–present: QWER[]
On late August 2023, Siyeon was confirmed as the final member of the upcoming female band QWER.[3] She made her debut with the band on October 18, 2023 with the release of their debut single album, "Harmony from Discord".[4][5][6][7]

- She initially auditioned for 7th Generation in 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, she couldn't fly to Japan to attend the final round. Therefore, she re-auditioned for 7.5 Generation in March 2021 and passed. As a result, she debuted as a 7.5 Generation member.
- Auditioned for NMB48 and decided to stay in Japan because she really liked AKB48.
