Kwon Nara (권나라), also known simply as Nara (나라), is a South Korean singer and actress under Ghost Studio. She is a former member of the girl group HELLOVENUS.
Career[]
2012–2019: HELLOVENUS, new agencies[]
She made her debut as a member of HELLOVENUS on May 9, 2012 with their first mini album Venus.
On April 26, 2019, Fantagio Music announced that HELLOVENUS would be disbanding on May 8. Additionally, it was revealed that Nara would be leaving the agency after deciding not to renew her contract.[2]
On June 6, 2019, acting agency A-Man Project announced on its Instagram that Nara was now part of its actors and would now go by her birth name.[3]
2022–present: Changes of agency[]
On June 2, 2022, C-JeS Entertainment announced they have signed an exclusive contract with Kwon Nara.[4]
On April 6, 2023, news outlet StarNews shared that Kwon Nara's contract with C-JeS Entertainment had concluded after less than a year.[5]
On June 19, 2023, it was reported that Nara had signed an exclusive contract with Ghost Studio to resume activities as an actress.[6]
