Kim Chaeeun (김채은) is a South Korean trainee under H1GHR Music and AOMG. She is a member of the upcoming girl group NEWY.
She is best known for being a contestant on the survival show I-LAND 2.

2024: I-LAND 2[]
On March 21, 2024, Chaeeun was confirmed as a upcoming contestant on Mnet's newest reality show, I-LAND 2, along with the other participating trainees, through the performance video.[1] Her official profile was released the next day.[2][3] On the seventh episode, she was unfortunately eliminated from the show and was unable to participate in Part 2, ranking 19th.
2025-present: H1GHR Music[]
On February 25, 2025, it was reported that she is a trainee under H1GHR Music and would be debuting in their upcoming girl group formed by three other I-LAND 2 contestants.[4]
