Kim Bohyung (김보형; or simply Bohyung) is a South Korean singer-songwriter. She is one-half of the duo KEEMBO and a former member of the girl group SPICA. She is also a member of the hip-hop group Uptown.
She made her solo debut on October 18, 2013 with the digital single "Crazy Girl".
Career[]
2012–2017: SPICA, solo debut[]
Bohyung debuted as a member of SPICA on February 9, 2012 with the group's first mini album Russian Roulette.
She made her solo debut on October 18, 2013 with the digital single "Crazy Girl".
On February 6, 2017, B2M Entertainment announced SPICA's disbandment after five years together.[1]
2020: Debut with KEEMBO[]
On February 10, 2020, she, alongside fellow former SPICA member Kim Boa, announced their returns to promotions as a duo called KEEMBO.[2] The duo officially debuted on April 10 with the digital single "Thank You, Anyway".
2022: Broadway debut[]
On April 4, 2022, Bohyung was announced to be a part of the cast for the Broadway musical KPOP.[3] She plays the character of Tiny, a member of the fictional girl group RTMIS.
2023: Uptown[]
On November 17, 2023, it was revealed that Bohyung was selected to be the newest member of the hip-hop group Uptown.[4] She would join the group for their 25th anniversary album, to be released on December 1.
