Kevin Woo (케빈우), better known as Kevin, is a Korean-American singer, actor, and MC under FC ENM. He is a former member of the boy groups XING and U-KISS.
He made his Japanese solo debut on October 25, 2018 with the single "Ride Along". He then made his official U.S solo debut on June 29, 2021 with the single "Got It".[4]
Career[]
2006-2008: XING[]
On December 14, 2006, he made his debut as a member of XING with their first single album "In Your Hands".
On April 3, 2008, Kevin left the group and filed a lawsuit against XING Entertainment regarding his contract, which he later won on March 21, 2010.[5]
2008-2017: U-KISS[]
On August 28, 2008, he debuted as a member of U-KISS with the release of their first mini album New Generation.
On March 2,2017, it was announced that he would be leaving the group at the end of March 2017 as his contract with the agency was expiring the following month.[6]
2018: Japanese solo debut with "Ride Along"[]
On October 25, 2018, hHe made his Japanese solo debut with the single "Ride Along".
2021: U.S solo debut with "Got It"[]
On June 29, 2021, he made his U.S solo debut with the single "Got It".[7]
2022-present: Broadway debut[]
On April 4, 2022, Kevin was announced to be a part of the cast for the Broadway musical KPOP.[8] He plays the character of Jun Hyuk, a member of the fictional boy group F8.
