Keep Your Head Down is the fifth Korean full-length album by TVXQ!. It was released on January 5, 2011 with "Keep Your Head Down" serving as the album's title track.

The album marks TVXQ!'s first release as a duo, following the lawsuit filed against SM Entertainment by Hero Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun, and Xiah Junsu.

A repackage titled Before U Go was released on March 16, 2011 with three new tracks.
