Karis (카리스) is a South Korean singer. He is a former member of the boy group EASTSHINE and the pre-debut JN boy group.

Career[]

2020–2021: JN Entertainment[]

On December 23, 2020, he was revealed to be the fourth member of the unnamed boy group under JN Entertainment. He will make his debut sometime in 2021 with the group.^[1]

Sometime in August 2021, he parted ways with JN Entertainment after the JN boy group disbanded.

2022-2024: Debut with EASTSHINE, departure from EASTSHINE[]

On October 6, 2022, he was revealed as a member of the upcoming boy group EASTSHINE.^[2]

They made their debut on November 16, 2023 with the first mini album Embers.^[3]

On May 30, 2024, TM Entertainment announced Karis had terminated his contract for personal reasons.^[4]

His specialty includes playing the guitar and badminton.^[5]
