K (Korean: 케이; Japanese: ケイ) is a Japanese singer, dancer and actor under YX LABELS. He is the performance leader and center of the boy group &TEAM.

He is also known for being a contestant in the reality survival shows I-LAND and &AUDITION - The Howling -.

Career[]

2017-2019: Training in Japan and auditions[]

K attended EXPG studio in Sendai from 2017 to 2019 where he participated in dance and vocal lessons aiming to sign with LDH as a dance and vocal member.[4] In 2019, K going by his name Koga Yudai participated in LDH Japan's audition 'Road to D', a program to find additional members for J-pop Group DEEP SQUAD.[5][6]

2020–2021: I-LAND and HYBE Labels Japan Global Debut Project[]

On June 1, 2020, K was introduced as a participant in Mnet survival show I-LAND where he appeared as a trainee[5] On the first episode, he performed "Danger" by Taemin and was able to enter "I-LAND".[7] On the seventh episode, he ranked fifth based on the global votes and was able to move onto Part 2 and become one of the final 12.[4] He survived until the final episode-, where he fell one place out of the debut ranking and was unable to debut with ENHYPEN.

On January 1, 2021, he was revealed as a member of the HYBE Labels Japan's Global Debut Project boy group.[6] &TEAM made their debut on December 7, 2022.[8]

2022: &AUDITION - The Howling -, &TEAM[]

On June 4, 2022, K was introduced as a participant in the HYBE Labels Japan's upcoming survival show &AUDITION - The Howling -.[9] In the final episode, which was aired on September 3, he was announced as one of the contestants who will be debuting in the winning group &TEAM.[10] They debuted on December 7, 2022 with the mini album First Howling : ME.
