K2Y I : Confidence [Thumbs Up] is the debut mini album by BLANK2Y. It was released on May 24, 2022 with "Thumbs Up" serving as the album's title track.
The physical album comes in two versions: G and U.

On May 27, 2022, member DK underwent acute appendicitis surgery and has been advised to rest for 2-3 weeks. As a result, the group will promote as 8 members while DK focuses on recover.[1]
