Jo Youngbae (조영배) is a South Korean singer-songwriter, vocal coach and producer under JUNITY Entertainment. He is a member of the co-ed rotational project group PTMRS.

On July 18, 2025, Jo Youngbae was revealed as one of the members of PTMRS, a co-ed rotational project group led by Jay Choe.[1]
On September 1, he released his first digital single "사실".[2]
