Jay (제이) is an American rapper and singer-songwriter under Belift Lab. He is a member of the boy group ENHYPEN.
Career[]
2020: I-LAND and ENHYPEN[]
On June 2, 2020, Jay was introduced as a contestant in the CJ ENM and Big Hit Entertainment's reality survival show I-LAND.[2] On September 18, 2020, he ranked 2nd place by global votes and became a member of the boy group ENHYPEN.[3]
On November 30, Jay then debuted in ENHYPEN with the release of their first mini album Border : Day One.

On February 11, 2022, Jay graduated from Hanlim Multi Art School as a part of the Practical Dance Department.[4]
Health[]
On August 24, 2024, Belift Lab announced that Jay would be sitting out ENHYPEN's Japanese concerts this weekend after experiencing a sudden fever and being diagnosed with the flu.[5]

- In I-LAND's first episode, he performed "The 7th Sense" by NCT U, along with Sunghoon.[7] On the fourth episode, he perfomed "Fire" by BTS.[8]

- Prior to I-LAND, he trained for 2 years and 11 months.[9]
- He is currently roommates with Heeseung, Sunghoon and Ni-Ki.[10]
- His least favorite subject to study in school was math.[11]
