J-Min (제이민), also known as Jeon Min Wook (전민욱), is a South Korean singer, rapper and lyricist under PocketDol Studio. He is a member of the boy group BAE173, the collaborative project group A SIX, and the leader of the project boy group CLOSE YOUR EYES.
He is also known for being a contestant on the survival show Project 7.
Career[]
Pre-debut[]
On January 23, 2019, he passed the final audition for RBW but eventually left the agency.[1]
2020: Debut with BAE173[]
On September 16, 2020, J-Min was introduced as the sixth member of the pre-debut group POCKETDOLZ.[2] On September 25, it was revealed that the group's name will be BAE173. The group officially debuted on November 19 with their first mini album Intersection : Spark.
2024-2025: Debut with A SIX, Project 7, debut with CLOSE YOUR EYES[]
On January 14, 2024, it was reported that a collaboration between select members of PocketDol Studio groups, including J-Min, would be released.[3] They made their debut as A SIX on January 30 with the digital single "Lies All Love".[4]
On September 26, 2024, he was officially introduced as a contestant of Project 7.[5] During the show's finale, he was revealed to have ranked 3rd overall, thus making him a member of CLOSE YOUR EYES.
The group debuted on April 2, 2025 with the mini album Eternalt.
On May 8, 2025, J-Min was officially announced as one of the new MCs for Show Champion alongside fellow CLOSE YOUR EYES member Jang Yeo Jun and 82MAJOR's Nam Seong Mo.[6]
