Hendery (Korean: 헨드리; Japanese: ヘンドリー) is a Macau rapper and singer-songwriter under SM Entertainment. He is a member of the boy group NCT and its Chinese sub-unit WayV along with NCT U. He is also one-half of WayV's pre-debut subunit duo WayV-LUCAS&HENDERY.
On July 17, he was introduced as a member of the pre-debut training team SMROOKIES.[1]
2018–2019: Debut with WayV[]
On December 31, 2018, it was announced that he would be a member of NCT's Chinese sub-unit, WayV.[2]The unit debuted on January 17, 2019, with the digital EP The Vision.
2020: Debut with NCT U[]
On October 12, he made his official debut under the sub-unit NCT U, as a part of the NCT's 2020 project NCT Resonance Pt. 1 with the song "Misfit".
