Career[]

2014-2015: Kiwi Band and Kiwi[]

On December 12, 2014, Minju, under the stage name Woo-U, debuted as the guitarist of the girl band Kiwi Band under CMG Stars with the release of their debut single album "Hakunamatata". A month later, on January 15, 2015, she debuted as a member of the girl band's first sub-unit, Kiwi, with the release of their digital single "Don't Shake My Heart".

Later that year, in November 2015, Minju eventually left the group and its sub-unit shortly after the release of their second digital album, "Restart".

2017-2019: Solo debut[]

Sometime after her departure from Kiwi Band, Minju joined AMP Media. Under her new agency, she eventually made her debut as a soloist under her real name with the release of the mini album My Name Is Han Minju on December 8, 2017.[2][3][4] In an interview, she later revealed that she had departed from Kiwi Band due to her former company being an abnormal environment; the staff were related to gangsters, the girls were not provided appropriate accommodation and lived out of a jjimjilbang and neither were they provided practice rooms.[1] She later stated that the CEO was a con artist and had no knowledge of entertainment companies.[5]

Unfortunately, she departed from AMP Media shortly after her debut mini album and went onto co-found her own agency, Mandu Company, for future activities.

On June 24, 2019, Han Minju released the digital single "Peanut Butter".[6][7][8][9][10]

Later that year, Minju became a contestant in the vocal entertainment show Vocal Play 2.[11]

Since late 2019, she has not been active in media and her SNS are inactive; it is assumed she had retired from a pursuing a music career.
