Haena (해나) is a South Korean musical actress and singer under Palette Entertainment. She is a former member of the girl groups MATILDA and Kiss&Cry.
She made her solo debut on March 17, 2015 with the digital single "Not So Pretty Ending".
Career[]
2014-2015: Kiss&Cry, solo debut[]
Om January 24, 2014, Haena debuted as a member of the girl group Kiss&Cry with the digital single "Domino Game".
She later auditioned on Superstar K6 and revealed that Kiss&Cry had disbanded after finishing her contract with her agency. However, Winning Insight explained the group had temporarily stopped activities for the time being due to internal issues.[1]
On March 17, 2015, she made her solo debut with the digital single "Not So Pretty Ending".
2016–2019: MATILDA, The Unit[]
On March 17, 2016, she re-debuted in the new girl group MATILDA with the digital single "Macarena".
In 2017, she became a contestant on the idol rebooting project show The Unit along with her fellow members, where she was eliminated in episode 10, finishing in 40th place.
On September 11, 2019, multiple sources stated that MATILDA had disbanded after the members' exclusive contracts, including Haena, had expired.[2]
2020: New agency[]
On April 14, 2020, it was announced that she has signed an exclusive contract with Palette Entertainment to continue her activities as a musical actress.[3]

On March 28, 2022, Haena revealed that she would be getting married to her non-celebrity fiancé, whom she had been dating for six years.[4] The couple held their wedding ceremony on June 2, 2022.
On January 12, 2024, Haena shared that she is pregnant with her first child.[5]
