Gong Jiho (공지호), also simply known as Jiho (지호), is a South Korean singer and actress under P&Studio. She is a former member of the girl group OH MY GIRL.

Career[]

2015-2022: OH MY GIRL[]

She debuted as a member of OH MY GIRL on April 21, 2015 with the group's self-titled debut mini album.

On May 9, 2022, WM Entertainment announced Jiho's departure from the agency and OH MY GIRL after deciding not to renew her contract.[1]

2022-present: New agency[]

On August 10, P&Studio announced that Jiho had signed on with the agency as an actress and changed her stage name to Gong Jiho.[2]

Personal life[]

Health[]

On January 13, 2020, WM Entertainment announced that Jiho would go on a hiatus due to health and anxiety issues.[3] It was revealed that during the second half of 2019 she had received treatment from the hospital due to frequent deterioration of her health and symptoms of anxiety.[3]

On April 13, 2020, OH MY GIRL's then upcoming comeback was confirmed for April 27. It was revealed that Jiho would participate as her condition had improved following her rest.[4]

On May 13, 2021, WM Entertainment announced that Jiho would temporarily take a break from activities as she had missed a step on the stairs and was taken to the hospital after to undergo examination and treatment. She will not be participating the ongoing week to rest.[5]
