Game Plan is the first EP by Jeon Somi. It was released on August 7, 2023 with "Fast Forward" serving as the album's title track.

The physical album comes in two versions: Red Version and Black Version.

Background[]

On June 2, 2023, The Black Label revealed to Star News that Somi is preparing for a comeback.^[1] On July 18, it was reported that Somi will be having a comeback in August.^[2] Later in the day, The Black Label confirmed the reports.^[3] On July 24, it was announced that Somi will be releasing her first EP titled, Game Plan, on August 7.^[4]

Music video[]

Similarities were noted by viewers between the animated character of the "Fast Forward" music video and a character from the Urusei Yatsura manga series. On August 9, The Black Label posted an apology statement for the plagiarism controversy and announced that they will edit or delete the scene from the music video.^[5]
