Fujimoto Ayaka (Korean: 후지모토 아야카; Japanese: 藤本 彩花) is a Japanese trainee, tarento and model under SOENSHA. She is a member of the upcoming Japanese girl group VIGU and a former member of the trainee group ON1 Rookies.
She is also known for being a contestant on the reality survival shows Girls Planet 999 and Produce 101 Japan The Girls.
Career[]
2021: Girls Planet 999[]
On July 7, Ayaka was confirmed as a upcoming contestant on Mnet's newest reality show, Girls Planet 999, along with the other participating trainees, through the prologue trailer.[4] Her official profile was released on July 19.[5][6] In the eighth episode, which was aired on September 24, it was revealed that Ayaka was unfortunately eliminated.[7]
2022-2023: ON1 Rookies, Produce 101 Japan The Girls[]
On December 4, 2022, Ayaka was revealed as a member of the trainee group ON1 Rookies.[8]
Sometimes in July-August 2023, she had left the group since she hasn't been in the latest group's profile photos.
On September 2, 2023, the theme song for Produce 101 Japan The Girls was released, revealing that Ayaka will participate in the show.[9] Her profile was released the following day.[10][11] The first episode aired on October 5, 2023. Unfortunately, she was eliminated in the eighth episode with her final rank being 45th.[12]

Ayaka is the youngest sister of Fujimoto Misaki, who is an influencer, YouTuber and beauty queen and who is best recognized as having competed in Miss International Japan 2019.[13][14][15] Her other older sister, Fujimoto Sayaka, is a Nursing student.[16][17]
