Eunjung (은정), also known as ELSIE (엘시), is a South Korean singer and actress under Mask Studio. She is a member of the girl group T-ARA and its sub-unit T-ARA N4.

She made her solo debut on May 9, 2015 with the mini album I'm Good.

Career[]

1995–2008: Career beginnings[]

In 1995, when she was seven years old, Eunjung entered and won the "Little Miss Korea" pageant.[2]

That same year, she made her acting debut in the KBS drama A New Generation of Adults.

2009: Debut with T-ARA[]

She debuted as a member of T-ARA on July 29, 2009 with the group's first single "Lie".

Under the group's rotating leadership system, Eunjung was the first member to hold the role until July 15, 2010, in which the role was then passed onto Boram.[3]

2013: Debut with T-ARA N4[]

On May 2, 2013, she debuted as a member of the group's sub-unit T-ARA N4 with the mini album Jeon Won Diary.

2015: Solo debut[]

Under the stage name ELSIE, she made her solo debut on May 9, 2015 with her first mini album I'm Good.

2018–2019: Departure from MBK, Japanese debut[]

On January 3, 2018, it was announced all of the remaining members of T-ARA had left MBK Entertainment. However, the group would not be disbanding.[4]

On February 5, UFO Productions announced that Eunjung had signed on with the agency.[5]

Eunjung made her Japanese solo debut on June 12 with the mini album Desire.

2020–present: New agencies[]

On April 7, 2020, Cabin74 announced that Eunjung had signed on with the agency.[6] On July 15, 2021, Cabin74 confirmed to OSEN that Eunjung's contract recently expired and she decided not to renew it.[7]

On September 27, 2021, Management KOO announced that Eunjung had signed an exclusive contract with them.[8]
