On March 10, 2025, during the last performance of their 2025 HIGHLIGHT Fancon [Welcome to the High-Mart], HIGHLIGHT revealed that they would be pre-releasing a song from their upcoming album on April 16.[1] On April 9, the group announced they would be releasing "Endless Ending" ahead of their sixth mini album From Real to Surreal.[2]
