Pre-debut[]
On September 15, 2025, Wannabe Entertainment opened the official Instagram account for their upcoming group called EION.[1]
On September 18, they announced the names of their group members via Instagram story, revealing Hee Min, Teo, Si Hoon, Haru and Hwi Seong.[2]
On September 22, they updated the names of their groups members via another Instagram story, notably without Hwi Seong. It is presumed that he has departed from the group.[3]
In December, member Hee Min announced he left the group after his content was deleted from social medias.[citation needed]
In January 13, 2026, they deleted most of the content off their old Instagram account and moved to a new one, revealing Minjae as a new member.[4]
