DreamT Entertainment (드림티엔터테인먼트) is a South Korean record label and entertainment agency.
History[]
Founded in 2009, the company was fully acquired by Wellmade StarM (now known as Imagine Asia) in 2013.[1] In December 2016, Elektromotive Group Limited proposed to acquire a 63.13% stake of the company from Gemini Value No.2 and Arion Technology but withdrew the contract on March 28, 2017.[2][3]
In December 2017, Signal Entertainment Group acquired all of Arion's shares.[4] As a result of the change, founder and CEO, Lee Jong Seok, resigned from the company and later founded All-S Company.[5]
