He is best known for being a contestant on the survival shows LOUD and Project 7.

2021: LOUD[]
On May 20, 2021, Min Kyu was revealed as a contestant for SBS's audition show LOUD.[1] Unfortunately, he was eliminated during the fourth round.
2024: Project 7[]
On October 18, 2024, he was revealed as a contestant on JTBC's Project 7 but was unable to pass the survival round.
