Diamond (다이몬드; also known as Dai Meng) is a Chinese singer under Star48 Culture Media. She is the former co-captain of SNH48's Team SII. She is member of its sub-unit 7SENSES.
Career[]
2011: SNH48[]
On October 14, Diamond joined SNH48 as a 1st Generation member.
2017: 7SENSES[]
She debuted as a member of the sub-unit 7SENSES on March 27, with the song "Girl Crush".
2018: Co-captain of Team SII[]
In 2018, she was appointed co-captain of Team SII.
2020: Idol Producer 3, Team SII Graduation.[]
In January, she, alongside fellow 7SENSES members Eliwa, Kiki and Tako, became contestants on the survival show Youth With You 2. She was eliminated in the final episode after ranking 15th place.[1]
On October 3, 2020, SNH48 announced that twelve members of the Team SII, have announced their graduation from the team with Diamond being one of them. However, she is still signed as an artist on Star48 Culture Media and will continue as a member of 7SENSES.
