In May 2016, Dayul debuted in Baby Boo with the group's third digital single "Kiss Me".

In 2017, Dayul became a contestant on the survival show, The Unit. She was eliminated in episode 7, ending in 48th place.[1]

On July 17, 2018, together with Daon, they announced their departures from Hyunda Company and that they will be reforming as a duo under the name DAONBIN (which later became YULiONi and DAHLIA).[2]

2019-2020: YULiONi, Crescendo[]

In April 2019, she announced that DAONBIN will rebrand as YULiONi, as well as the addition of Hajin and Roori to the group through her personal Instagram.

Dayul ended up leaving in 2020 due to an ongoing lawsuit against her former label, Hyunda Company, citing neglect and sexual harassment.[citation needed]

2022: DAHLIA[]

In 2022, she announced the reformation of YULiONi as DAHLIA. On March 31, 2022, she debuted as a member of DAHLIA with the digital single "Spotlight".
