Dan-A (단아) is a South Korean singer and rapper. She was a member of the girl group MATILDA.
Career
2016–2018: Debut and The Unit
On March 17, 2016, Dan-A officially debuted in MATILDA with the group's first release "Macarena".
In 2017, she was a contestant on the idol rebooting project show The Unit, where she was eliminated in the final episode, finishing in 13th place.
2019: Departure from MATILDA
On September 6, 2019, Dan-A, along with fellow member Semmi announced their departures from the group after ending their contracts with Box Media.[1]
