<Dall> (an acronym for Devine All Love & Live) is the debut full-length album by ARTMS. It was released on May 31, 2024 with "Virtual Angel" serving as the album's title track.
"Birth", "Flower Rhythm", "Candy Crush" and "Air", were pre-released on March 29, April 11, 25 and May 10, respectively.
The physical album comes in six versions: A, B, two QR versions (A and B), Objekt Music Album, and Objekt Music Album Ver.2.
Background[]
On October 31, 2023, it was announced that they will debut in early 2024 with the album <Dall>.[1] On January 20, 2024, MODHAUS announced that fans will be able to vote for the group's "Premier Single" (first single), which will be part of the debut album accompanied with a music video filmed by Digipedi. The second song with the most votes will be released as a B-side, meanwhile the two songs with the least votes will not be released.[2][3] On January 28, MODHAUS revealed that "Birth" was chosen as the Premier Single and "Distress" as the B-side.[4] On February 29, 2024, it was announced that the album will be released on May 31.[5]
Critical reception[]
Dall was ranked #12 on the Billboard's top 25 best K-Pop albums of 2024 list.[6]
"Virtual Angel" was ranked #9 on the Billboard's top 25 best K-Pop songs of 2024 list[7] and #15 on the NME's 25 best K-pop songs of 2024.[8]
NME named ‘The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy’ as one of the best songs released in the first half of 2024[9]
Overtone honorable mentioned 'Birth' as one of the best songs of 2024 [10]
