DV.OL (Korean: 다올; Japanese: ダオル) was a pre-debut five-member boy group under DS Entertainment.
History[]
Pre-debut[]
On October 2, 2023, DS Entertainment announced that Dokyun, Louis, U, Sungjun, Sodam will soon be debuting.[1] The SNS accounts for DV.OL were later launched.
On October 23 and October 24, all five members were introduced.
2023–2024: "Journey", "Fight Forever", "Every Day Every Night", debut release Dreaming About Our Life and delay, disbandment[]
On October 24, 2023, it was announced that the group will be releasing the pre-release digital single "Journey" the following day.[2]
It was initially announced that the group will be debuting with their first EP Dreaming About Our Life on November 26, but due to the members' health issues, the second-pre release single "Fight Forever" will be released instead, and the EP's release would delayed to 2024.[3][4] The third pre-release single "Every Day Every Night" was released on December 24.
On September 20, 2024, it was officially announced that Dokyun has left the group.[5] However, as the group has been inactive since January 2024, it is speculated that their debut was cancelled.
