Cyan (시안) is a South Korean singer and actress under Daisy Music and Inyeon Entertainment. She is a former member of the girl group bugAboo.

She made her solo debut on July 10, 2024 with the digital single "If I Had Another Day With You".

Career[]

2019–2022: Debut with bugAboo[]

On March 7, 2019, Cyan (then known by her real name Chaeeun) was introduced as a A team trainee and potential member of the pre-debut girl group ISE through a performance at Miss Malaysia's 2019 pageant.^[1]

On September 4, 2021, she was revealed as bugAboo's (previously ISE) sixth and final member.^[2] The group debuted on October 25 with their first single album "BugAboo".

On December 8, 2022, A team announced the group's disbandment after deciding to terminate the group's contract and future activities.^[3]

2023: New agency and career[]

On October 16, 2023, Inyeon Entertainment announced that she has signed with them as an actress.^[4]

2024: Solo debut with "If I Had Another Day With You"[]

On July 7, 2024, Daisy Music shared that Cyan would make her debut as a soloist with the digital single "If I Had Another Day With You", set to be released on July 10.^[5]
