Coca (코카), formerly known as Do.U or Duyoo (두유) and Hyogyeong (효경), is a South Korean singer under Yedam Entertainment. She is a former member of the pre-debut girl group LABELUP as well as a former member of the girl groups La_TTE, Switch and Icia.
She is currently active as a DJ under the name DJ COCA.
Career[]
2012: La_TTE[]
On July 27, 2012, she debuted as a member of the girl group La_TTE with the digital single "Don't Stop". The group disbanded later the same year as they re-debuted as Switch.
2013-2014: Switch[]
On July 19, 2013, she debuted as a member of the girl group Switch with the digital single "Shaken".
2017–2019: Icia[]
In October 2017, she was revealed as a new member of Icia.[1] She had her first release with the group with the digital single "Sad Heel" on November 3, 2017.
In February 2019, she departed from the group.[2]
2019–2021: LABELUP[]
On March 17, 2019, Coca was introduced as the seventh member of the girl group LABELUP.[3]
On January 4, 2021, the group announced that they had decided to end group activities on January 31, 2021 following long and serious discussions amongst the members. LABELUP held their final event, a 1:1 Zoom video call with fans, on January 30.[4]
