He is also known for being a contestant on Under Nineteen.

Career[]

2018-2022: T.E.N, Under Nineteen, Rion Five, WOW[]

On January 11, 2018, a Makestar project was created in collaboration with Ideal Media Group to debut the sub-unit T.E.N with Yonghun as one of the members. He officially made his debut in the sub-unit on May 16, 2018 with the single album "해요해요".

On October 25, Yonghun was introduced as a contestant of Under Nineteen with his moving poster. The poster revealed that he was a part of the rap team.[1] He was eliminated in the sixth episode after achieving 15th place in the rap team.[2]

The same month, it was reported that he would be debuting in Narda Entertainment's upcoming boy group Victory. However, they presumably got cancelled pre-debut and he became a member of Rion Five.[3]

On September 22, 2020, he was revealed to be a part of A.CONIC's then upcoming seven-member boy group WOW.[4] He later debuted as a member of the group on March 8, 2021 with their first single "Miss U".

On October 27, 2021, it was reported that Rion Five would be returning with a new album under Souls Entertainment, with Yonghun as one of the members.[5] However, plans presumably fell through and the group disbanded silently.

In 2022, WOW presumably disbanded due to inactivity.
