Choi Heejae (최희재), formerly known as Heeu (희유), is a South Korean singer and actress. She is a former member of the girl group MIXX.
She is also known for being a contestant on Finding Momoland.
Career[]
2016–2017: Finding Momoland and MIXX[]
In July 2016, Heejae was one of ten contestants on the competitive reality show Finding Momoland, a survival program for trainees of Duble Kick Company to compete for the top 7 places to earn a place to debut in their upcoming girl group, Momoland. Heejae was eventually eliminated after placing 8th.[2]
Heejae later went onto joining Chiko Bros Entertainment and debuted on May 3, 2016 in the girl group MIXX under the stage name 'Heeyu'. She remained a member until their disbandment on March 17, 2017.[3]
Heejae later on went to debut as an actress in 2018 in the web drama series Gaeul Blossom and had taken part in the recording of their soundtrack where she sang the song, "I'm Falling For You".
