CODE-V (코드브이; Code Five) was a boy group primarily active in Japan. They originally debuted as BLESS (블레스) in 2007 with their first single "First Story". They re-debuted in 2010 under their current name with the single "Poisoning". Their final lineup consisted of Sangwoo, Naro, Sol, Rui, and Taehoon.

In December 2011, the group released their pre-debut Japanese single "Addiction ~ Kimi Nashi ni wa, Ikirarenai" before officially debuting in May 2012 with the single "Kimi ga Kureta Mono".

The group disbanded in December 2018 after their last live stage "CODE-V Last Live~The Final Harmony きみがくれた奇跡~supported by WIZY" was held on December 23, 2018.[1] However, their subunit-turned-group Niiisan's is still actively making music.
