Byeoljji (별찌) is a South Korean singer, rapper, dancer and lyricist under Midas Entertainment. She is a member of the girl group Astell as well as a former member of the girl groups Ndear, We Girls, the pre-debut groups Berryz and MIDNIGHT, and the dance team ZERO.
Career[]
2018-2020: MIDNIGHT[]
Byeoljji was revealed as a member of MIDNIGHT through their Instagram account on November 27, 2018.[1]
On April 17, 2020, it was revealed that MIDNIGHT had cancelled plans for their debut and had officially disbanded.
2021–2022: We Girls[]
On April 9, 2021, Sports Donga published an article confirming Byeoljji had joined We Girls.[2]
On February 2022, We Girls member YeHana revealed on her Instagram DM that We Girls has disbanded.[3]
2022: Ndear, ZERO[]
On May 21, 2022, she was revealed as a member of the upcoming girl group Ndear.[4] However, the group silently disbanded sometime in July.
On July 20, she was revealed as the second member of the dance team ZERO.[5]
On October 12, she was assumed to have returned to Ndear following the group's reformation, after the Instagram account of her dance team ZERO was repurposed to Ndear's new account and remained to be following her and fellow ZERO member Ara.
2023: Berryz[]
On May 16, 2023, she was introduced as a member of the upcoming girl group Berryz.[6]
Sometime in August, they deleted all their SNS accounts, hinting their disbandment.
2024-2025: Astell, signing with Midas Entertainment[]
On April 16, 2024, it was revealed that she was introduced as a member of the upcoming girl group Astell, and would debut in May 2024 with the single album "Island".[7] However, their debut was postponed and rescheduled to July 9, 2024.[8]
On December 20, Errday announced the termination of the exclusive artist contract of the members. They announced in the same statement that the members had signed new contracts with Midas Entertainment.
On June 22, 2025 Astell posted they have been doing activities again, signaling that have reformed as a group.[9]

- To promote MIDNIGHT's third pre-debut single "Algorithm", Byeoljji made a diss track directed at Sleepy, who was featured on the single.[12]
- Byeoljji wrote lyrics for the group's first two pre-debut singles.[13][14]
