Bin Haneul (Korean: 빈하늘; Japanese: ビン・ハヌル) is a South Korean former trainee. She is known for being a contestant in the competitive reality television shows Idol School and High School Rapper 2.

Career[]

2014–2016: Trainee beginnings[]

As a trainee, Bin Haneul was a featured singer in two songs released in 2014 - AB's "Good Child" and Park Jung Min's "Number ONE". In the case of both songs, she contributed to song writing.[1][2]

It is also known that she was a SidusHQ, SBD Entertainment and Duble Kick Company trainee at some point.

2017–2019: Idol School, High School Rapper 2[]

In July 2017, Haneul appeared as an contestant in the reality competitive reality show, Idol School. She was eliminated from the show in Episode 11 with her final rank being 17th place.[3]

In early 2018, Haneul returned again as a contestant for another competitive reality show, this time High School Rapper 2. Unfortunately, she was eliminated during the first round of competition in Episode 3.[4]

In the spring of 2019, she announced through her Instagram that she had given up her dream of debuting as an idol after almost a decade of being a trainee. She redacted her original decision some months later when she again joined another agency, however, by the end of 2019, she faced internal problems at the agency and announced that this time she had finally given up becoming an idol.
