Belift Lab (빌리프랩, also known as BE:LIFT) is a South Korean media company. It was founded as a joint venture between CJ ENM and HYBE in 2018 where CJ ENM held the controlling stake at around 52%.[1] On August 10, 2023, it was announced that HYBE signed a deal to for CJ ENM's entire 51.5% stake of Belift Lab, thereby gaining complete ownership of the label.[2]

2020: I-LAND, ENHYPEN debut[]
On May 5, 2020, CJ ENM and HYBE unveiled their reality survival show I-LAND, which aims to form a new boy group.[3] It premiered on June 26, 2020 on Mnet.[4]
The final seven debuted as ENHYPEN on November 30, 2020 with the EP Border: Day One.[5]
2023: R U Next?[]
On June 1, Belift Lab and JTBC announced they started filming for the survival program R U Next?, in order to debut a new girl group.[6] It premiered on June 30, 2023 on JTBC.
2024: ILLIT debut[]
The final five debuted as ILLIT on March 25, 2024 with the the mini album Super Real Me.
