Be on new (새로운) was a pre-debut boy group under Be the max Entertainment.
History[]
Pre-debut[]
On June 18, 2022 the company announced their new trainee boy group revealing the first two members Sol who is the leader and then Siwoo that will make their debut within this year.[1][2]
On September 6, they revealed the third member Sunho.[3]
On September 22, they revealed the fourth member Dojun.[4]
On October 27, they revealed the fifth member Youngwon.[5]
On December 28, it was announced that all the members, except Siwoo, left the company. It was also announced that Siwoo would be debuting as a soloist in June 2023.[6]
Aftermath[]
Following the disbandment of Be on new, the members went their separate ways:
- Dojun, Sunho, Youngwon and Sol were revealed between March 6 and 10, 2023 as members of the upcoming boy group VT Trainee (later known as Mirror). They debuted on May 12, 2023 with the single album "백월(白月)". Unfortunately, they are presumably disbanded due to inactivity since mid-2023.
- Siwoo remains under the company and he will be debuting as a soloist in June 2023.

- Dojun and Sunho are former members of DUSTIN and the pre-debut group ONE A DAY under the stage name J and Seonghun respectively.
- Dojun is also a former member of EAST ONE under the stage name Jun.
- Sunho is also a former member of the groups CHAZE and Like A Movie under the stage name Howoo.
- Youngwon is a former member of the pre-debut group C On H and the group F.able.
