Be Aware is the seventh mini album by THE BOYZ. It was released on August 16, 2022 with "Whisper" serving as the album's title track.
Eric did not participate in this album's recording and promotions after taking a break from activities in March due to health concerns.[1]
The physical album comes in three versions: Denial, Desire and Document.
Background[]
On the midnight of August 1, 2022, the group released an artwork animation for their upcoming mini album titled Be Aware.[2]
Commercial performance[]
Be Aware hit #1 on the iTunes Top Albums charts in seven different regions. The album also reached #1 on the Circle Chart's Retail Album Chart and Hanteo Chart's Physical Album Chart. Furthermore, the title track "Whisper" topped Korea's online music charts shortly after its release, including #1 on Bugs and #18 on the Melon realtime charts.[3]
